Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market research.

• Visit schools, colleges, institutions, and potential business partners when required.

• Promote the academy’s training programs and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients.

• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.

• Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team for lead conversion.

• Maintain daily reports and records of client interactions.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or EdTech.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
