WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / SALES EXECUTIVE

The Business Point – Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced, confident and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients
• Conduct field visits and meet clients personally
• Explain our digital marketing services and packages
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients
• Handle client meetings, negotiations and deal closing
• Travel locally for client meetings and business development
• Achieve sales targets through your own efforts and network

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales is preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Confident personality with a professional approach
• Ability to independently approach and convert clients
• Must be comfortable with field visits and local travel
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered

PAYMENT & COMMISSION:

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITY. THERE IS NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY.

35% COMMISSION ON EVERY SUCCESSFUL CLIENT SALE/CLOSURE

Example: If you close a client for ₹10,000, your commission will be ₹3,500.
