Business Development Manager (BDM)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth and profitability of clinics in the Pune region.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities – tie-ups with hospitals, ENT specialists, and referral partners.
• Supervise and motivate the clinic teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support team members in achieving goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to propose business strategies.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence across clinics.
• Organize awareness programs, camps, and local marketing activities.
• Report business performance to senior management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling and business development.
• Prior experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related field is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing or Healthcare Management is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
