Business Development Manager (BDM)

· Liaise with staff to coordinate services and daily operations.

· Develop and supportstrategies to enhance the company’s performance andincrease revenue.

· Contribute to achievingand exceeding departmental sales and service targets.

· Manage marketing initiatives and promotional offers.

· Maintain and enforce highstandards of product and service knowledge across theteam.

· Conducts market research and surveys to analysecustomer feedback,preferences, and responses toofferings, pricing, and promotions.

· Keeps up todate with competitor activity, evolving market trends, andindustry standards to maintain a competitive advantage.

· Recruits, mentors, and trains junior staff to ensurealignment with service and sales goals.

· Demonstratethe ability to step into a leadership role when required.

· Ensure staff are aligned with organisational goals,understand operational changes, and meet requiredservice standards.

Job requirements:

· Degree in management or marketing preferred. Other relevant qualifications considered depending on experience.

Pay: £55,200.00 per year
