Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are Urgently looking for a pleasant BDM. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead Generation
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Responsible for building and maintaining a corporate online documentation database.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales, with a focus on technology sectors space.
• Experience in B2B Sales in segments like Digital Transformation and Enterprise Apps, Media & Technology, IoT, AI/ML, Social Media etc.
• Experience of onboarding and handling clients.
• Responsible for sales growth, locating/seizing new business opportunities & closing deals end to end.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, partners and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for expansion into other teams of the existing key accounts with consistent account strategy
• Open to travel on need basis.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and product alignment with market needs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
