Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth for our IT & Non-IT recruitment services, with a focus on lateral hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Connect with HR Heads, TA teams, and hiring managers to generate recruitment mandates.
• Understand client hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business/revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely mandate delivery.
• Maintain client, lead, and sales records in CRM and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, staffing, or HR consulting.
• Good understanding of IT & Non-IT lateral recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship skills.
• Target-driven and proactive approach.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
