Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Generate leads and identify prospective students.
• Explain courses, programmes, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures to students and parents.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career opportunities.
• Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the Admissions and Academic departments for smooth admission processing.
• Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Prepare daily and monthly admission reports for management.
• Maintain good relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good counselling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and admission management systems.
• Previous experience in educational admissions, student counselling, or business development is preferred.
