Role Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Manage client relations and ensure regular follow-ups for business growth.
• Assist in developing business strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business activities.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend growth strategies.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and relationship-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
