About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, result-oriented BDM with hands-on expertise generating and converting high-quality leads through Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels. You'll manage the complete BD cycle — from identifying opportunities to client communication, discovery calls, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Fiverr & Upwork profiles/gigs to generate qualified leads
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and build targeted prospect lists
• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end
• Attend client discovery calls and negotiate proposals
• Prepare customized proposals in coordination with the technical team

Required Skills

• 3+ years in IT Business Development / B2B Sales / Lead Generation
• Proven track record on Fiverr and Upwork
• Strong LinkedIn lead generation experience
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, AI/ML, and custom software services
• Ability to independently own the full sales cycle
