Role Overview

KTC Group is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Generate leads and convert them into business
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an added advantage
