Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, developing key client relationships, and managing business development activities for the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and key clients.
• Promote diagnostic services, health packages, and corporate tie-ups.
• Manage and guide BDE/field sales team.
• Monitor leads, conversions, revenue, and team performance.
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
• Follow up on leads, client requirements, and collections.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business reports.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments for smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Healthcare/diagnostics/pharma experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented and result-focused.

Hyderabad, Khammam ,Vijayawada ,Guntur , Tirupati, & Vizag

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
