About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Communicate with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and explain our services.
• Build and maintain good client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth client handling.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales.
• Experience in B2B / Service Sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good client handling and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate and convert leads.
