WE’RE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Digital Marketing Agency!

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years
Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and acquire clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and close deals.
• Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage client communication and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into clients.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
