Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth, particularly in the FMCG sector, for its branding and creative agency services.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and acquire new clients, particularly FMCG brands.

* Connect with brand managers, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.

* Pitch branding and creative services, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.

* Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business opportunities.

* Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and client follow-ups.

* Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

* 4–5 years of experience in business development, preferably with a branding, advertising, or creative agency.

* FMCG industry exposure is highly preferred.

* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

* Proven experience in lead generation, new client acquisition, and deal closure.

Pay: Up to ₹95,000.00 per month
