Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and client meetings.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Promote company products and services to potential customers.

• Develop business strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales reports.

• Negotiate with clients and close business deals.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Manage and coordinate with the sales team to achieve business goals.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and develop long-term business partnerships.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.

Educational Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 3–5 Years in Business Development

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Good client relationship management skills.

• Target-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹90,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
