Location: Kerala

Luxtur is looking for a driven Business Development Manager who understands premium customers, builds strong professional relationships and turns opportunities into business.

What you will do

• Develop business for premium modular kitchens and furniture across Kerala.

• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and homeowners.

• Generate leads, arrange showroom and site visits, and present solutions suited to client requirements.

• Coordinate with the design and costing teams to prepare proposals and close orders.

• Own the sales pipeline, achieve agreed targets and follow through on collections.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably 6 years or more, selling premium or high-end products.

• Preference for candidates from modular kitchens, furniture, interiors or related premium home products.

• An established network of architects and interior designers in Kerala will be a strong advantage.

• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage opportunities independently, from first enquiry to order closure.

• Proficiency in Malayalam and English, with willingness to travel across Kerala.

• Age: Up to 35 years.
