Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: HiLITE Business Park, Kozhikode, Kerala
Experience: 2–3 years in business development or sales, preferably in architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for architectural and interior design projects.
• Build relationships with builders, developers, homeowners, and corporate clients.
• Arrange client meetings and understand project requirements.
• Present the studio’s services and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate fees and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth client communication.

Required skills

• 2–3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and lead-generation abilities.
• Knowledge of architecture, interiors, or construction is preferred.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
