Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi-NCR. This is a field-oriented hunting role. The candidate will be expected to independently identify potential customers, reach decision-makers, conduct meetings, and develop opportunities from initial discussions to commercial proposals.

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and expanding our presence across target industries such as pharma, food, FMCG, and related sectors.

The role also requires monitoring industry trends, attending relevant events, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with owners, promoters, CEOs, plant heads, production heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value enterprise deals.

Experience Requirements

• 3 – 9 years of relevant experience.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable with extensive travel and field- work.
• Familiarity with cold chain, packaging, logistics, or supply chain domains is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
