Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
• Visit retail stores and retailers to explain products and conduct product demonstrations.
• Promote products and communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and business partners.
• Coordinate with the internal team for business development activities and follow-ups.
• Handle occasional in-house coordination and reporting work.
• Support business growth by identifying new markets and potential clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Smart, energetic, confident, and presentable personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for retailer visits and product demonstrations.
• Ability to manage both field visits and in-house coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
