Business Development Manager (BDM) – Laboratory Material Testing

Falcon Laboratory is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our laboratory material testing business across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for laboratory material testing services.
• Identify and approach clients in construction, infrastructure, contracting, and engineering sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients.
• Promote geotechnical, soil, concrete, aggregate, and construction material testing services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, and client requirements to secure new projects.
• Achieve business development targets and increase laboratory revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
• Coordinate with laboratory and technical teams to meet client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within laboratory material testing, geotechnical, or construction testing services.
• Strong network of clients in the UAE construction and infrastructure sector.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.
