Business Development Manager (BNE Based)

THE ROLE

This is a traditional BDM role.

You'll have the freedom to engage prospects by phone, online, networking, face-to-face and out in the market.

Find opportunities. Build relationships. Sell solutions. Close deals. Hit targets. Make money.

You'll be responsible for:

• Generating new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking and your own initiatives
• Engaging business owners, directors, and HR professionals
• Building strong client relationships
• Understanding client needs and presenting solutions
• Managing your pipeline and achieving sales targets
• Closing deals and earning UNCAPPED incentives

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years' professional sales experience
• Proven B2B / new business development track record
• Consistent history of hitting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident dealing with senior decision-makers
• Consultative sales approach + proven ability to close

Experience in professional services, legal, HR, recruitment, insurance, financial services or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
