Business Development Manager – Cambodia (Fully Remote, Forex/CFD Experience Required)

PU Prime is a regulated global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries . We are expanding our Cambodia business and are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base, IB network, and trading business.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Acquire new clients and increase trading activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Drive monthly Net Deposit, trading volume, and revenue targets.
• Monitor partner performance and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to support market growth.

Requirements

• Mandatory 1–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry .
• Existing network of IBs, Affiliates, or active clients in Cambodia .
• Proven sales performance with the ability to provide the last 3 months' business records .
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, and partnership business models.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently remotely.
• Fluent in English and Khmer .
