Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaker)

• Oversee the day-to-day performance of the Sales & Marketing team and ensure individual and team goals are clearly followed through.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth and stronger results.
• Review existing work processes, spot areas that are slowing the team down, and implement practical improvements.
• Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and perform at a higher level.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant equivalent qualification.

Experience

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Track record of working towards business goals and improving team performance.
• Practical experience in planning sales approaches, refining workflows, and ensuring strategies are carried out effectively.
