Business Development Manager

Are you a high performing and ambitious Sales professional?

Do you have experience selling products into the Infrastructure, Civil projects, facilities management or industrial markets?

Working for a privately owned group of companies that manufacture and sell state of the art safety products, you will partner with contractors, councils, and facility managers to deliver end-to-end road safety outcomes. — from surfaces, line marking and guardrail to signage, bollards, and site safety solutions.

This role will be a balance of cold calling, leveraging your own network, referrals from existing customers, and your understanding of the industry to open doors and create real opportunities.

With freedom to manage your own diary, multiple offices across Melbourne, car allowance and fuel card, you will be in control of your own movements to achieve the greatest outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

• Knowledge of the civil, infrastructure, or facilities management sectors
• Strong understanding of project life-cycles (not just sales cycles)
• Ability to identify opportunities before they hit the market
• Confidence to engage Tier 2/3 contractors, councils, and asset owners
