Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager for one of our clients to drive Government business growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing Government and PSU accounts. The role focuses on selling IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Government IT Sales and achieve business targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, and Public Sector clients.
• Identify business opportunities through GeM, RFPs, RFQs, Tenders, and Government procurement.
• Sell IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Managed Services solutions.
• Work closely with Pre-Sales, Technical, and OEM teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build long-term customer relationships and expand existing accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4- 8 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Government Sales, GeM, Tender Management, or Government procurement.
• Exposure to IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, or Enterprise IT Solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience handling RFPs, RFQs, bids, and Government accounts will be preferred.
