Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for Security Guard and Housekeeping Facility Management Services.
• Generate business opportunities from corporate offices, residential societies, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, warehouses, industries, institutions, etc.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and service proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth client onboarding and service commencement.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Security Services, Housekeeping Services, Manpower Outsourcing, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market and preferably an established client network.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
