Business Development Manager

What You’ll Do

 Drive new client acquisition for Permanent Recruitment & RPO services

 Build relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, TA Heads & key decision-makers

 Generate opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals & targeted outreach

 Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation to closure

 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets

 Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across workforce solutions

 Develop customized proposals, presentations and commercial offerings

 Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal teams for contract closure

 Build strategic client relationships and drive account growth

 Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities

2-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, RPO or Workforce Solutions

 Proven track record of new client acquisition and achieving sales targets

 Strong understanding of Permanent Recruitment & RPO models

 Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills

 Consultative selling approach with strong commercial acumen

 Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders

 Growth-oriented, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
