Business Development Manager

Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA), part of the Ambas Group of Companies based in Lipa City, Batangas, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for our electrical, instrumentation, and automation solutions serving power plants and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic accounts.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Develop proposals, presentations, and bid strategies in coordination with the technical team.

• Achieve business development and revenue growth targets.

• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the electrical, automation, industrial, or power-plant industries.

• Proven track record of closing deals and growing revenue.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in power plant, water, or mining industries is a big plus.

• Willing to work on-site in Lipa City, Batangas and travel to client sites as needed.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
