Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with residential developers, development directors and project stakeholders
• Identify opportunities across development pipelines and regeneration schemes
• Position digital screen infrastructure as part of asset strategy, placemaking and amenity offering
• Drive commercial negotiations and secure multi-site or portfolio-level agreements
• Navigate planning, design and delivery considerations alongside development teams
• Work closely with internal teams to align delivery with construction timelines
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with key developer groups

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years experience in residential development, development consultancy or related sectors
• Strong understanding of development lifecycle and stakeholder structure
• Proven ability to originate and close deals with developers or asset owners
• Established network within development community (highly desirable)
• Commercially driven, confident in negotiation and deal structuring
