Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales by connecting with engineering colleges and institutions
• Conduct meetings with TPOs, HODs, and decision-makers
• Present and position Genesis offerings (CRT, internships, certifications, etc.)
• Generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and closure of proposals

Knowledge Required:
