Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling.
• Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads into paying customers by building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development management in the IT services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving significant targets for new business acquisition, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of sales lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement etc. .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly at all levels within an organization.
