Business Development Manager

Key areas of responsibility

• Identify and target design houses, ODM partners, and industrial product manufacturers (IoT, appliances, industrial automation, robotics) that require wireless connectivity.
• Manage the design-in cycle, working as the bridge between the customer’s R&D engineers and our technical support team to ensure successful module/board integration.
• Drive OEM/ODM business by positioning our custom manufacturing and embedded hardware capabilities to meet specific client product requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with product managers, hardware architects, and procurement teams.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering or Business or Marketing or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
3. Those with ODM and OEM sales experience in Semiconductor or networking industries are preferred.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills, and can effectively communicate and cooperate with customers.
