Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a Electrical ,Civil, Mechanical, or MEP background who can generate new business opportunities, identify projects in the market, and procure new project orders for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites, companies, consultants, contractors, and clients to identify business opportunities.
• Identify upcoming MEP, HVAC, PHE, Fire Fighting, Electrical projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Procure new projects and support the company in achieving business targets.
• Track upcoming tenders and projects in the assigned region.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, and execution teams for proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate with clients and follow up until project closure.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and upcoming projects.

Required Skills

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Business Development / Project Procurement .
• Electrical ,Mechanical, or MEP background mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the construction and MEP market.
• Good client-handling and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Ability to independently generate leads and procure projects.
