What they need
- We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with CXOs, and proposing tailored IT solutions.
- This role bridges the gap between client needs and our technical delivery capabilities.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through strategic outreach (LinkedIn, networking).
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and RFP responses to contract negotiation and closure.
- Account Mining: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase wallet share.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to refine GTM strategies and with Technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Reporting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity records in CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and regional market trends (e.g., US/UK or Domestic).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English for pitching to global clients.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex contracts.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
