About the role

We are looking for a results-driven and entrepreneurial business builder who can drive sales, acquire customers, develop new markets, and create opportunities for the continued growth of JestrX and Amourabelle.

Key responsibilities

Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
Acquire new customers, accounts, dealers, and distributors
Build strong relationships with clients and business partners
Develop sales channels and expand market reach
Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
Lead business development and sales initiatives
Prepare regular sales and development reports
Strengthen the market presence of both brands

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Capable of turning opportunities into actual business
Comfortable working in a startup or new-business environment
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, wellness, beauty, or retail is an advantage
