Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT Hardware Sales to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and manage existing relationships. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to handle the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the IT hardware segment.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware/infra solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in IT Hardware Sales is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, infrastructure, and related solutions.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong sales, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/Business-related qualification preferred.
