We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to join our team and drive government project sales and business expansion across multiple regions.

Locations:

East Region – Siliguri / Bagdogra

South Region – Mysuru / Coimbatore / Madurai

North Region – Gurugram / Sonipat / Panipat

Experience: 1–2 Years

CTC: 20,000–25,000 PM

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Qualification: Any Graduate | BBA/MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking and field visits

* Build and maintain relationships with government departments and key decision-makers

* Identify government projects, EOIs, RFPs and tender opportunities

* Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations

* Coordinate with technical, estimation and tender teams

* Manage proposals, tenders, work orders and contract follow-ups

* Maintain sales pipeline and CRM reports

* Support project execution, billing and payment follow-ups

Preferred Skills:

Government Sales | B2B Sales | Business Development | Lead Generation | Tender/RFP | Client Relationship | Field Sales | Negotiation | CRM

Candidates with experience in AI, IoT, CCTV, Surveillance, Solar, Telecom, Security or Technology Solutions will be preferred.

Note: The role involves extensive travel across the assigned territory.
