Roles and Responsiblity

• Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and market research.
• Manage key accounts by identifying growth areas, developing expansion plans, and driving revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify distribution channels for expanding product reach and negotiate agreements as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Development Management or related field (B2C/FMCG).
• Proven track record of success in client relationship management, key account management, and revenue expansion.
• Strong understanding of BDM principles, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with senior executives at target companies
