Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field visits, networking, and cold outreach
• Meet clients to understand IT requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Promote services: Microsoft 365, Azure, Managed IT, Cybersecurity
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Work with pre-sales teams for solution design and proposals
• Handle negotiations and close deals end-to-end
• Develop relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Achieve revenue targets and maintain CRM reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years experience in B2B IT solutions / infrastructure sales
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud (Azure/AWS), IT services
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
