Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ACP and building materials market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
• Generate leads and drive project and institutional sales from enquiry to order closure.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify upcoming projects and track them through tender, specification, and execution stages.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the sales, specification, and project teams for successful project conversion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Expand the companys market presence and customer network in the assigned territory.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, project pipelines, and business development reports.
