Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies for new client acquisition in IT staffing and permanent placement services.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial consultation to placement, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding their needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in contract staffing, C2H, and domestic staffing.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

Job Requirements :

• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention in IT staffing or permanent placement services.
• Strong knowledge of contract staffing, C2H, permanent staffing, and domestic staffing models.
• Experience in client acquisition, C2H, domestic staffing, contract staffing, and permanent staffing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT staffing industry trends and market dynamics is an added advantage.
