Seeking a Business Development and Relationship Manager with experience selling in Commercial Cleaning and Facilities.

We are a Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Management company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

The role will focus on identifying and generating new sales leads, warm sales leads along with post sales care and relationship management.

Responsibilities

·         Identify new business opportunities

·         Develop and drive sustainable financial growth through new relationships

·         Identify and implement innovative and effective sales and promotions concepts working with marketing

·         Think critically and creatively when planning and executing a new business strategy

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         lead initiatives that generate and engage with business partners to grow new business for the company

Experience

·         Experience selling into Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Management (desirable)

·         5+ years industry related new business development experience

·         Experience in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)

·         Experience using CRM – Salesforce (desirable)
