Designation: Business Development Manager Microsurfacing

Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Civil / Mechnical Engineering).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic/ Policy

• Develop strategy for the companys entry into Special Projects.

• Initiate the road map for execution of Special Projects

Operational

• Make business plan for the different types of Special Projects.

• Forecast the operational requirements of the different types of Special Projects.

• Support the Head-Special Projects in execution of the different projects in hand.

• Forecast the market & statutory requirement of various projects.

• Monitor progress of the ongoing projects in hand.

People

• Effectively coordinate with the execution team with respect to personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.

• Coordinate with authorities for ensuring smooth execution of the different projects.

• Coordinate with authorities responsible for making project specifications and selling it to the clients.

• Respond to the needs of the construction companies with regard to product services and technology.

• Develop customer relationship/external network and monitor performance of the accounts in the region.

Financial

• Make techno / commercial proposals for discussions with prospective customers

• Participate in tenders floated by various road owners in Government as well as private sector.

• Monitor the financial and operational performance of different projects

• Manage Budget in line with the pricing policy

• Manage credit performance for the projects to assure integrity and security for the company asset

Technology

• Ensure improvement of the different technologies involved in the Special Projects.

Keep track of the developments in the various technologies.
