BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of hotels, resorts, and serviced apartment operators across SEQ and throughout Australia.
• Conduct Operational Housekeeping Audits to diagnose workflow gaps, labour inefficiencies, and room readiness risks.
• Convert audit findings into compelling proposals and commercial solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service scope to secure profitable long‑term agreements.
• Develop strong relationships with General Managers, Rooms Division Managers, Asset Managers, and Strata/Building Managers.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure capacity alignment and seamless onboarding of new contracts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and activity reporting.
• Represent HH Services Cleaning at industry events, supplier meetings, and site visits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the hospitality and accommodation sector.
