The Role:

• Prospecting and generating new management opportunities
• Conducting rental appraisals and new business appointments
• Building relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners
• Following up leads and converting new business
• Managing your pipeline and CRM
• Working closely with the Property Management team for smooth handovers

The Candidate:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in residential real estate
• Previous BDM, leasing, property management or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence with prospecting and lead generation
• Strong follow-up and organisation
• MUST HAVE Current Real Estate Certificate and driver’s licence
