We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and drive business expansion in the IT Staffing domain.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
Understand client hiring requirements and work closely with the recruitment team for successful delivery
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities
Achieve revenue and business growth targets
Requirements:
Experience in IT Staffing Sales/Business Development
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise accounts
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales
