Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Set business development strategy, priorities and growth targets across Middle East markets.
• Identify and evaluate new markets, suppliers, distributors, products and partnership opportunities.
• Lead negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, distribution and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate BD, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D and Supply Chain to convert opportunities into launches.
• Review market research, competitor intelligence and commercial proposals for management decisions.
• Track pipeline, forecasts, launches and partner performance; report risks and opportunities.
• Coach specialists and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or relevant business/life-science discipline.
• 5–6+ years’ experience in medical procurement, business development or related commercial role.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded and strong in problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and strict commercial timelines.
