Job Requirements :

5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the courier/logistics industry or related field.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective business plans for growth.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation management systems (TMS) software applications.
Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
