Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 3 To 4 years of experience to drive business growth, generate new leads, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
• Identify potential clients and convert leads into business.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• 3 To 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Strong B2B sales and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
• Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, email outreach, and prospecting tools is preferred.

Compensation

30,000 35,000/month, depending on experience and interview performance.
