Team Management & Sales Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assign daily and monthly targets to team members and monitor performance.
- Ensure a minimum of 100 active calls per day per sales executive.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending opportunities.
- Personally intervene in important leads and support the team in closing sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Ensure the team consistently follows up with leads and converts opportunities into actual sales.
- Take overall ownership of team performance and monthly revenue achievement.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports for management.Role & responsibilities
